Achieving outstanding results is something that comes naturally for Tyler Lawson.  As early as school days Tyler was outstanding in all aspects including sporting, academic, social and extra-curricular pursuits.  

Tyler adopted a strong interest in property from his father who is still in Real Estate back at home.  Tyler decided to trade the country life for the city and those country values haven’t been left behind. 

Hard work, openness and honesty are values that translate in this industry to integrity and approachability.  These core values have been imbedded in him since a young age.  They do say, ‘you can take the man out of the bush but not the bush out of the man’. Tyler feels the transition to the Northern Beaches has been a smooth process, as both places share many of the same community values.

Completing a Bachelor of Business Management Tyler has a constant thirst for knowledge so he can think outside the box and embrace the latest and most innovative sales strategies. Tyler is motivated by receiving industry recognition for achieving better results for his clients.  Bringing a fresh and honest approach along with being a highly skilled negotiator and utmost professional, Tyler’s energy and affable personality are immediately apparent.

Tyler enjoys going down to Brookvale to cheer on his beloved Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, as well as chasing a little white ball around the golf course and playing touch football at Rat Park. Tyler has been on many adventures as he has snowboarded in Canada, scuba-dived in the Philippines and backpacked through Europe and Central America.

It’s important to Tyler to be available to his clients whenever they need him and he knows too well this job doesn’t fit neatly into office hours, for Tyler it is more of a lifestyle choice.  Life experience coupled with hard work and natural ability is why Tyler is an easy choice to maximise your property transaction.
